The Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is writing to respond to your request, Please see answers below: I would like to request the following information (via email , see email I sent this request as my preferred email address) regarding the maternity services: 1.The growth scan pathway from your hospital for the years 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. 2.The growth ultrasound scan pathway guidelines for the years 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. 3.The induction of labour guidelines for the years 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.
