Please provide for each month from January 2016 to the most recent period for which data is available:

1. The number of patients attending the trust's emergency departments with a primary diagnosis of:

- Heatstroke
- Heat exhaustion
- Other heat-related illnesses or conditions

2. The number of patients admitted to hospital following attendance with a heat-related illness

3. The number of patients requiring intensive care treatment following a heat-related illness

4. The number of deaths recorded where heatstroke or another heat-related illness was recorded as a primary or contributing factor, if held

5. Any internal reports, assessments, briefings or analyses produced in 2026 regarding the impact of hot weather or heatwaves on patient demand, emergency department attendance, admissions, or hospital operations.
