3. The date that the current service/maintenance contract on each device started (if there is a multi year contract, please provide the date the multi year contract started)

 

4. The date that the current service/maintenance contract on each system expires (if a there is a multi year contract, please provide the date the multi year contract will end)

  

5. Please confirm the name and email address of the person we should contact if our company wishes to be considered for any of the service contracts prior to them coming up for renewal.

a. If the contract is under a managed equipment service scheme, please let me know the name of the Company that holds the MES.

  • The JR  GE contract is a 5 year multi-year contract from March 2026 - March 2031

  • The Churchill GE Healthcare NM/CT 870 PRO SPECT/CT system.    Start date    6th January 2009

  • The Churchill GE Healthcare Starguide SPECT/CT system    Start date    6th January 2009

 

 

4. The date that the current service/maintenance contract on each system expires (if a there is a multi year contract, please provide

the date the multi year contract will end)

 

  • The JR GE contract is a 5 year multi-year contract from March 2026 - March 2031

  • The Churchill GE Healthcare NM/CT 870 PRO SPECT/CT system.    End date    12th December 2038

  • The Churchill GE Healthcare Starguide SPECT/CT system    End date    12th December 2038

 

5. Please confirm the name and email address of the person we should contact if our company wishes to be considered for any of the service contracts prior to them coming up for renewal.

 

Any renewal will be managed by the OUH procurement team who will publish any details in line with procurement rules. This would not be handled by one person alone.

 

If the contract is under a managed equipment service scheme, please let

me know the name of the Company that holds the MES.
