This refers to the John Radcliffe Hospital only. If the question needs clarification please contact me. If the name of the Same Day Emergency Care Unit (SDEC) is slightly wrong please still provide the details and thecorrect name of the Unit. Q1. What are the published A&E waiting times for seeing a doctor at A&E at JR Hospital, including the current year and 2022, 2023 and 2024. If these are contained on your website please also provide a link to this data.
Q2. If a patient is subsequently sent from A&E assessment (at the front of the A&E Department where reception is) to the Same Day Emergency Care Unit does this close the A&E waiting clock for that patient? (For clarity this is the new unit the other side of the ED Majors Department) . If there is a link on your website for this Same Day Emergency Care Department please also provide a link as I have been unable to find it.
Q3. Please provide waiting times for seeing a doctor in the Same Day Emergency Care Unit, since its conception in Monthly format. I understand this commenced in 2025.
Q4 Pease provide any Policy or Procedures that exist, for the allocation, transfer or acceptance of patients to the Same Day Emergency Care Unit.
Q5 Pease provide any Policy or Procedures that exist, for the on-ward allocation, transfer or acceptance of patients from triage at A&E Initial Assessment Department
