1. The make and model of the Reverse Osmosis unit.
2. The date of installation and/or commissioning.
3. The current age of the unit.
4. Details of any major upgrades carried out since installation (if applicable).

4. Details of any major upgrades carried out since installation (if applicable). No major upgrades we only had consumables/maintenance. such as sensors
