REQUEST: Dear Freedom of Information Team,
Thank you for your email.
I write further to your response to FOI2026/00246.
In that response, the Trust stated:
“During an NHSE AML MRD subgroup meeting in September 2021… it was stated that Superscript IV should not be used… This was included in AML MRD minimal technical standards.”
As this indicates reliance on recorded information, I request disclosure of that information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please provide:
1. Copies of any recorded information and/or document described as, or equivalent to, “AML MRD minimal technical standards” (draft or final) in which this statement and/or equivalent guidance appears.

2. Any recorded outputs from the NHS England AML MRD subgroup meeting in or around September 2021 (e.g. minutes, notes, or presentations) where the use or limitations of SuperScript IV were discussed.
